In 1991, Duncan Aviation worked with seven other aircraft brokers to found NARA, the National Aircraft Resale Association, now referred to as IADA, the International Aircraft Dealer’s Association. The goal was to form a public alliance with other aircraft brokers who were committed to the highest standard of ethics, transparency and trust.
Our Aircraft Sales & Acquisition team is now an IADA Certified Dealer with three IADA-certified brokers. IADA certification reflects rigorous standards for experience, integrity, and accountability—standards that align directly with Duncan Aviation’s core values and provide customers added confidence throughout every aircraft transaction. Although just 7% of the world’s aircraft dealers have earned IADA accreditation, they are responsible for 40% of the world’s pre-owned sales.

On March 30, 1981, Ronald Prescott Reagan (23) and his wife Doria Palmieri (in Lincoln to perform with the Joffrey Ballet), and several Secret Service agents, were escorted to Duncan Aviation by Lincoln Police so Reagan could fly to Washington, DC, to be with his father, President Ronald Reagan, who had been shot. The younger Reagan had been at the Lincoln Hilton Hotel. We arranged for a charter Learjet to fly them directly to Washington National Airport.
This event shows that beyond logistics, we understand the human side of aviation—delivering support with professionalism, care, and respect when it matters most.

Cybersecurity is essential to protecting our customers’ data, aircraft, and operations. In 2025 alone, Duncan Aviation’s systems identified and stopped more than 192,000 potential cybersecurity threats, including 7,569 attempted attacks, helping ensure uninterrupted service and secure access to critical information.
To safeguard customer data, we use automated security controls that immediately block suspicious activity—often before it can be seen or felt by our teams or customers. These defenses are backed by a continuously trained workforce, partnerships with trusted cybersecurity experts, and dedicated security professionals who monitor, analyze, and respond to threats around the clock.
Together, these layers of protection help ensure that when customers work with Duncan Aviation, their information remains secure, their operations remain reliable, and their trust is well-placed.

At Duncan Aviation, professional interior and exterior Designers bring both creativity and aviation-specific expertise to every project. They work one-on-one with customers to select materials, finishes, color palettes, and custom paint schemes that reflect the owner’s personal style and functional needs. Beyond aesthetic choices, designers ensure that all materials and design elements meet strict aviation standards for safety, durability, and performance. Their role often includes managing the design process from concept through completion, coordinating with engineering, production, and project management teams to deliver a cohesive, personalized interior and exterior aircraft aesthetic.
To support this work, Duncan Aviation has dedicated Design Centers at its major facilities in Battle Creek, Lincoln, and Provo. These centers provide interactive, collaborative spaces where designers and customers work together to review material samples, evaluate 3D renderings, and refine interior and exterior designs in person or virtually. Each Design Center features extensive sample libraries and purpose-built meeting areas that enhance the customer experience and streamline the design process.
