Every aircraft we service, every customer relationship we build, and every success we celebrate starts with the team members who bring their talent, dedication, and passion to work every day. Moments of excellence don't happen by chance; they happen because people care.
As we look forward, I could not be more excited about what we are building together with our family, our team, our partners, and our customers. A new Designated Overhaul Facility dedicated to Pratt & Whitney engines. A larger paint facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Continued growth in virtually all areas and new innovations that will carry us into new generations while staying true to our history and values.
Duncan Aviation team members show pride in their work, step up when challenges arise, and genuinely care about their customers and one another. That is what has earned trust, built lasting relationships, and shaped our reputation. More importantly, it is what has strengthened our family culture and defined who we are for decades.
As we celebrate 70 years and look ahead to the future, I am grateful for the experience we have gained, but even more grateful for the relationships we have built and the people who make them possible.
