Duncan Aviation Welcomes Ryan Blake to its Provo Airframe Sales Team

Duncan Aviation is pleased to welcome Ryan Blake to its Provo, Utah, facility as the new Gulfstream Airframe Sales and Services Representative. The new facility in Provo is ramping up to provide access to Duncan Aviation’s full range of services to West Coast customers and beyond. Currently, one of the new 43,000- square-foot hangars is online and open for business, with the state-of-the-art paint hangar slated to be up and running in the spring of 2019.

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that Regional Avionics Sales Manager Tim Kelly is transitioning to the company’s new Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes region. Kelly joined the Duncan Aviation team in May 2018 and has more than 30 years of prior aviation experience and knowledge to help support Duncan Aviation’s customers in the Great Lakes region of the United States.

Duncan Aviation Welcomes Kasey Harwick Back To Lincoln; Promotes Travis Grimsley in Battle Creek

After a year and a half at the Duncan Aviation facility in Battle Creek, Michigan, Kasey Harwick has returned to the company’s Lincoln, Nebraska, location and assumed the role of Vice President of Maintenance for the Airframe Department. Travis Grimsley has accepted the position of Director of Maintenance for the aircraft services group in Battle Creek, Michigan, where he is also now a part of the Duncan Aviation Senior Management Team.

Duncan Aviation’s ADS-B STCs for Cessna 560/560XL & Hawker 800/800XP Earn EASA, TCCA & DGAC Approvals

Duncan Aviation’s Engineering & Certification Department is pleased to announce that it has received approvals from three civil aviation authorities for its Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs)--ST01810WI and ST01811WI—that upgrade the Honeywell Primus II system for Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast-Out (ADS-B) in Cessna 560/560XL and Hawker 800/800XP aircraft, respectively. Approved by the FAA in December 2015, the STCs have also been accepted by Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA), Mexico’s Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC), and the 27-member nations of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
