The FCC has communicated the current EvDO wireless protocol will be transitioning to the LTE standard in early 2026. In order to continue uninterrupted service on the Gogo network, an equipment upgrade from legacy Gogo ATG equipment to the Gogo AVANCE Platform will be required.
Duncan Aviation has developed STCs (Supplemental Type Certificates) for the Hawker and Falcon 2000 aircraft with Gogo’s legacy ATG 4000 and 5000 systems to upgrade to AVANCE L3.
