Duncan Aviation is pleased to welcome Ryan Blake to its Provo, Utah, facility as the new Gulfstream Airframe Sales and Services Representative. The new facility in Provo is ramping up to provide access to Duncan Aviation’s full range of services to West Coast customers and beyond. Currently, one of the new 43,000- square-foot hangars is online and open for business, with the state-of-the-art paint hangar slated to be up and running in the spring of 2019.

Duncan Aviation’s Engineering & Certification Department is pleased to announce that it has received approvals from three civil aviation authorities for its Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs)--ST01810WI and ST01811WI—that upgrade the Honeywell Primus II system for Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast-Out (ADS-B) in Cessna 560/560XL and Hawker 800/800XP aircraft, respectively. Approved by the FAA in December 2015, the STCs have also been accepted by Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA), Mexico’s Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC), and the 27-member nations of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

Duncan Aviation’s Aircraft Sales & Acquisitions team now has available for purchase a unique aeromedical Hawker 800XP jet that can be used for medical repatriation or evacuation services. This 2002 Hawker 800XP, serial number 258594, is crammed full of technology that was specified and operated by the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), one of the world’s foremost medical evacuation operations. The aircraft arrived in Australia in 2009 and has been operated by the RFDS since that time.
