LINCOLN, NEB — Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce the addition of Hector Soto to its Turbine Engine Service Sales team. With his aircraft engine knowledge and experience, Soto is ready to introduce potential customers in the South Central Region of the United States to Duncan Aviation. This area includes Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Soto joins Duncan Aviation with 35 years of experience in airframe/engine maintenance, customer service, and regional sales. He is very excited to be joining Duncan Aviation instead of having to compete against them.
"Every time I worked with a customer about their aircraft maintenance needs, I knew I was going head-to-head against Duncan Aviation. Their reputation of high-quality standards and superior customer support made them hard to beat. Now I get to utilize my skills and experience on a winning team."
"Hector immediately stood out as a top candidate. He has extensive experience in engine service sales and is well known throughout the region as having integrity and excellent customer service," said Ryan Huss, Duncan Aviation's Director of Sales. "Hector also speaks Spanish and will be a valuable resource for our customers in Mexico and South America.
Huss says the addition of Soto enhances Duncan Aviation's already outstanding customer support network in the region. "Hector joins Susie Corn, our South Central Regional Manager, several Engine Rapid Response launch teams, and local Avionics Satellites in providing comprehensive service and support to our customers."
Soto, together with his wife Deborah, raised three children. They are now enjoying life as their family grows, and they spend time with their grandson Cruz.
Hector Soto will work from his home in Houston, TX. He can be reached by calling +1 713.352.9739 or via email at Hector.Soto@DuncanAviation.com.
