Duncan Aviation Announces New Modifications Sales Manager in Battle Creek, Michigan

LINCOLN, NEB. — Duncan Aviation is excited to announce that longtime Duncan Aviation team member Adam Bruce has accepted the role of Modifications Sales Manager at the company’s full-service facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. 

“I am thrilled to be trusted with the responsibility to help lead our Sales Team,” said Bruce. “New options for connectivity and interior customizations are changing this already dynamic aspect of our business and we look forward to educating our customers on these innovations and delivering amazing results.”

Bruce has been a Duncan Aviation team member for 14 years in Battle Creek. He started his Duncan Aviation career in the Upholstery Shop and worked his way up to Team Leader before moving over to Paint and Interior Sales in 2016. Most recently working as a Senior Sales Rep, he is looking forward to taking on this new leadership role as manager.

“Having the invaluable experience of working in our Upholstery Shop to start my career at Duncan Aviation has given me the perspective of knowing how sales can directly affect the daily lives of our amazing technicians,” said Bruce. “In Sales, we take the responsibility of keeping our shops full while meeting the needs of our customers very seriously and it remains the driving force of our efforts.”

Executive Vice President of Sales Ryan Huss says Bruce’s deep knowledge of the company’s products, hands-on shop experience, and natural leadership make him the ideal person to lead the Modifications Sales team in Battle Creek.

“He’s earned the respect of both our customers and our team over the years, and I’m confident he’ll continue to drive success in this new role,” said Huss.

Bruce, his wife Steph, son James/Jimbo (20), daughter Lilly (14 ) and their 5-year-old Newfoundland (Charley) live in the Portage, Michigan, area and have called Michigan home all of their lives.

Bruce spends his free time traveling, attending music events or gathering with their large family in the area. He is also a passionate sports fan and is a lifelong supporter of the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Lions. Bruce is very proud to have family-held season tickets going back to 1959 for the Lions and 1929 for the Tigers.
