Recent revisions to the Learjet* Replacement Schedule have installed an ultimate life on the MLG Strut Torque Links. The scheduled replacement is at 6,000 landing for Link Part Number 2341119. However, there are stipulations for each model of aircraft that have already exceeded 6,000 landings.
Learjet 20* series with torque link time in service of 6,000 landings from November 4, 2013, perform replacement within 600 landings or 48 months, whichever occurs first.
Learjet 30* series with torque link time in service of 6,000 landings from November 4, 2013, perform replacement within 300 landings or 24 months, whichever occurs first.
Learjet 55* with torque link time in service of 6,000 landings but less than 9,000 landings as of November 4, 2013, perform replacement within 200 landings or 24 months, whichever occurs first. For aircraft with torque link time in service equal to or more than 9,000 landings as of November 4, 2013, perform replacement within 100 landings or 12 months, whichever occurs first.
Learjet 60* with torque link time in service of 6,000 landings but less than 9,000 landings as of November 4, 2013, perform replacement within 200 landings or 24 months, whichever occurs first. For aircraft with torque link time in service equal to or more than 9,000 landings as of November 4, 2013, perform replacement within 100 landings or 12 months, whichever occurs first.
