Honeywell Ensemble & EDG-100: Enhanced HTF7000 Engine Data Management

Honeywell has introduced Honeywell Ensemble, an advanced connected engine data service tailored for the Honeywell HTF7000 series engines. Eligibility is limited to operators in Honeywell’s Engine MSP or MSP Gold programs, which now require EDG-100 installed at contract initiation, renewal, or transfer. A contract amendment is required to incorporate Ensemble at no additional cost.

EDG-100 (Engine Data Gateway) enables automatic engine data downloads and near real-time monitoring of engine parameters via the Honeywell Forge engine data viewer. ​

Ensemble Overview

The Honeywell Ensemble system utilizes a cloud-based software platform and a mobile application integrated with the aircraft-mounted EDG-100. This enables seamless wireless transmission of engine data from the ECU (Engine Control Unit) to platforms like Honeywell Forge and CAMP systems, eliminating the traditional manual data retrieval process. ​

EDG-100 will be installed via STC (Supplemental Type Certificates) on the following platforms:

Downtime is minimal. Customers will receive an online user guide, an installation kit, and STC documentation.

Who can install these systems?

The Ensemble and EDG-100 installations can be performed at any Duncan Aviation MRO or Satellite facility.
