Duncan Aviation technicians have observed cracks emanating from the bearing carrier structure on the forward and aft bell-crank assembly web over the course of several Falcon C inspections.
We urge a thorough inspection of this specific area during all future maintenance, especially as part of a pre-purchase evaluation, to detect and address cracks early. Verify that F2000 SB 444 / F2000EX, Easy, SB 434 MED door reinforcement has been done, if applicable to your SN of aircraft.
Should cracks be found, we can offer two repair options.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact any one of your Duncan Aviation Falcon tech reps.
