Hydrographics create the ability to replicate a variety of textures and designs to an aircraft interior while providing a lightweight and durable finish. This Citation XLS was the first aircraft of its size to receive fully hydrodipped cabinetry. Completions & Modifications Sales Rep, Angie Coleman, says, "Being able to dip an entire cabinet of an XLS is truly an accomplishment because it shows the workmanship required to get this task done. Although the design possibilities are endless and hydrodipping is a more cost-effective solution compared to a reveneer, the process still requires the same attention to detail if not more, which was a challenge that the Duncan Aviation Finish Team did not shy away from." The hydrodipping arm is used to dip larger pieces, such as a galley.
