Duncan Aviation Values Quality & Continuous Improvement

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce it has added two members to its Continuous Improvement (CI) team: Nathan Hansen joined the team at the company’s facility in Provo, Utah, and Justin Morgan joined the team at the facility in Battle Creek, Michigan. Innovation and Continuous Improvement Manager Erin Hart has been soliciting ideas to help eliminate waste, increase efficiency, maintain safety, and reduce costs at the Duncan Aviation facility in Lincoln, Nebraska, since October 2015.

Duncan Aviation Sees Growth in Engine Services

Since 2015, Duncan Aviation’s Turbine Engine Services has gained Honeywell TFE731 Heavy and HTF7000 Series Minor authorizations and brought a 20,000 lb.-thrust-class test cell online. New capabilities, increased efficiencies, and expanded room have been added to support these larger engine and maintenance events.

Duncan Aviation recently issued a promise to all AOG customers. - Within 30 minutes, you will hear from a Duncan Aviation RRT (Rapid Response Team) member by phone to acknowledge your AOG request  - Within one hour, we will follow up with labor availability and logistic planning   - Within 24 Hours, we will be onsite at your location, pending agreements and approvals  - We promise to do what it takes to get you returned-to-service as quickly as possible
