Duncan Aviation Renews Authorized Sales and Service Agreement for Meggitt PLC’s Securaplane Technologies

Duncan Aviation has finalized a further 3-year sales and service agreement with Meggitt PLC for the supply of Securaplane Technologies. The company has been a distributor of Meggitt’s Securaplane product line since 2005, and is one of only two in North America authorized to service, sell, and distribute Securaplane Sealed Lead Acid main ship and emergency batteries.

These shops, usually a short distance from customer hangars, offer a wide range of avionics line and install services along with a few new additions. The expansion includes the addition of a new battery cooler, twice as much bench space, and new advanced test sets, including 2400w programmable DC electronic load banks, lead acid analyzers, and main NiCad charger analyzers.
